  • Payment data (processed via Razorpay)

  • Evaluating your idea submission
  • Communicating results and updates
  • Legal documentation for selected founders
  • Providing startup support & mentorship

  • TUCSI Innovation Panel (for evaluation)
  • Razorpay (for processing registration fee)
  • Legal/incorporation team (for selected startups)
  • Branding & tech team when building your startup

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for up to 5 years for documentation, legal, and audit purposes.

The registration fee ₹1,000 is non-refundable in all cases:

  • Technical errors caused by the applicant

TUCSI reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy without prior notice. All changes will be published on this page.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in India, in the region where TUCSI Foundation or TUCSI Business Ventures operates.
